The moderators were Biljana Šćepanović, University of Montenegro and Milan Gocić, University of Niš.

The session consisted of:
- Part I – project presentations (60 min),
- Networking coffee break – for building relationships in a relaxed atmosphere (15 min),
- Part II – brainstorming and discussion (30 min).
In Part I, all participants presented their projects for 5 minutes each. The duration of the presentation was limited to allow the participants more time for later discussion on challenging issues. The session’s chairs provided the template for the presentation, and the participants were kindly asked to organise a presentation in such a way as to share their experiences along the following points:
1. Brief info about the project:
· title, programme, duration, budget;
· main objective;
· partners – consortium;
· project outcomes.
2. Good (and bad) practices, issues and lessons learned in one or more phases and segments of the project:
· application process and evaluations;
· Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement preparation, kick-off;
· management (meetings, reporting, internal communication…);
· dissemination and communication.
In the session invitation, the chairs demanded that participants focus on challenges and point out what they consider the most interesting as tips for others.
Part II of the session was discussion time. During this part of the session, the participants communicated all additional information in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. One question posed was: What could be done better now? Many useful tips and hints were exchanged, which justified the need for these meetings and inter-project collaboration.
Ultimately, we would like to thank all participants for their participation and the lively discussion, which benefited us all. Special thanks to the director of the National Erasmus Office, Vanja Drljević, who joined us and contributed to the discussion part, sharing her rich experience in Erasmus+ projects.
